Open Booking is now live in ShakeYourTail, making it easier than ever to turn available time into confirmed appointments.

This means you can now automatically share open slots directly to Facebook, allowing clients to book instantly without the usual back-and-forth.

In this update, we’re introducing:

  • Open Booking (Facebook integration for filling time slots)
  • More control over online booking availability (exclude staff/resources)
  • Improved email campaign delivery performance
  • Fixes to improve accuracy in client details

This release is built around one clear goal: helping you fill more appointments, reduce admin, and keep your schedule running at full capacity. To get started, connect your Facebook Business Page. Once that’s done, you can create open time slots by adding the groomer and appointment time — ready to be shared and booked instantly.

Next, create a time slot by adding the groomer’s details along with the available appointment time.

Once set, your available time slots are shared directly to Facebook and can be booked instantly — turning availability into confirmed appointments without the back-and-forth.

Open Booking, along with a few improvements, give you more control over how your schedule runs behind the scenes. This new feature is available on Business and Enterprise plans.

Exclude resources from online booking

You can now choose which resources or staff members are available for online booking. This makes it easy to exclude specific team members from receiving bookings, giving you greater control over availability and scheduling.

Optimized email campaign delivery

Email campaigns are now sent in batches of 1,000 recipients instead of individually. This improves delivery reliability and overall performance, helping campaigns reach clients more efficiently.

We’ve resolved an issue affecting multi-site accounts where the Site field in client details could occasionally display the wrong site when multiple tabs were open. It now consistently reflects the correct site for each client.
