We’re continuing to improve ShakeYourTail with updates designed to make everyday business management simpler, more reliable and easier to navigate.

This release introduces a new way to access daily schedule reports, alongside several fixes to campaign emails and payment processing.

Here’s what’s new.

📅 A New Day Report Interface

Getting a clear overview of your daily schedule helps you stay organised and keep your day running smoothly.

We’ve added a dedicated Day Report modal to the Schedules page, providing a more straightforward way to generate and download daily site schedules and appointment information.

This improvement makes accessing your daily schedule information more convenient, helping you get the details you need when planning and managing your day.

Day report for pets on 22 October 2026, including details for a Yorkshire Terrier (Pet 1A) and a Labrador Retriever (Pet 1B). Sections include owner information, contact numbers, appointment times, cut notes, pet notes, medical notes, and last appointment notes.

Whether you’re reviewing appointments or downloading schedule information for reference, the updated interface provides a more focused way to access your daily reports.

Bug Fixes & Improvements

Alongside the new interface, this release includes several fixes designed to improve the reliability of campaign emails and refund processing.

✉️ Campaign Preview Now Working Correctly

We’ve fixed an issue that prevented some email designs from displaying correctly when previewing a campaign before sending.

You can now preview your campaign emails as expected, making it easier to review your designs and check your content before sending communications to your customers.

📩 Campaign Test Emails Fixed

We’ve also resolved an issue that caused test emails to fail when preparing a campaign.

Test emails are now delivered successfully, allowing you to check your campaign content before sending it to your customer list.

Testing your emails beforehand helps you review your message and make any final adjustments with greater confidence.

💳 Fixed Duplicate Refund Transactions

We’ve fixed an issue in the full refund process that could result in duplicate transactions when processing refunds through Lopay.

This correction helps prevent duplicate refund transactions, improving the reliability of the refund process.
